Started in 2005 as Ocala Home Inspection. Incorporated as Florida Home Inspection Inc. in 2017. Most of our inspectors live right here in The Villages — we're your neighbors, not a company driving in from out of town.

Our Story
We started in 2005 as Ocala Home Inspection — back when Florida didn't yet have a state license for home inspectors. We built our reputation on thoroughness and honesty before the industry even had formal standards, and we've held to those same principles ever since.
As the profession grew and Florida established its licensing requirements, we evolved with it. We operated as Florida Real Estate Inspector before officially incorporating as Florida Home Inspection Inc. on August 11, 2017. The name changed; the commitment didn't.
Today, most of our inspectors live right here in The Villages. We're not a company that drives in from out of town — we're your neighbors. We know these neighborhoods, these builders, and these homes because we live among them. That local knowledge shows up in every inspection we do.
